• Payment & Transaction Details: Session duration, payment amounts, and transaction tokens processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Card numbers are processed directly by our payment processor and are never stored on PINS Parking servers.
• Contact Information: Email addresses and phone numbers provided voluntarily for digital receipts, session extension reminders, or customer support inquiries.
• Property Owner Inquiry Data: Names, business emails, phone numbers, and lot addresses submitted through our lot audit forms.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to deliver parking services:

• To verify active parking sessions and automate gateless entry and exit.
• To issue electronic transaction receipts and send expiration SMS reminders.
• To enforce parking rules approved by property owners and resolve driver disputes.
• To respond to customer support inquiries 24/7 via human agents.

4. Data Protection & Security

PINS Parking employs industry-standard encryption, strict access controls, and PCI-DSS compliant processing to safeguard your data. Vehicle license plate logs are retained only for the duration required to manage active sessions, verify payment compliance, and meet legal accounting obligations.

5. ANPR Camera Data & Privacy

Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras capture vehicle license plate images and timestamps at lot entry and exit points. Camera data is processed strictly for parking session verification, automated tariff calculation, and non-compliance auditing. Unflagged ANPR image logs are automatically deleted after 90 calendar days. Access to camera records is restricted to authorized operational staff. We release camera data to law enforcement entities only when presented with a valid court order or subpoena.

6. SMS Communications Privacy

Phone numbers collected when issuing digital receipts or sending parking expiration reminders are used strictly for transactional communications. We do not sell, share, or rent phone numbers to third parties, marketers, or data brokers. Mobile phone consent is never shared with third-party affiliates for promotional purposes.

7. Sharing & Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Information is shared only with payment gateways for transaction clearing or when required by law enforcement under lawful process.
