LOT RULES & ENFORCEMENT POLICY

1. General Parking Rules

All vehicles entering PINS Parking managed lots must comply with posted property rules, payment requirements, and space designations.

• Payment must be initiated immediately upon parking via QR code or official payment portal.
• Vehicles must park within designated stall lines. Occupying multiple stalls is prohibited.
• Disabling, blocking, or tampering with ANPR camera equipment or property signage is strictly prohibited.
• Overnight parking is prohibited unless specifically authorized for the lot zone.

2. Non-Compliance Notice Issuance

Vehicles observed without valid payment or in violation of lot rules will receive a non-compliance notice. Photographic evidence including timestamp, vehicle plate, and location is captured for all notices.

3. Citation Resolution & Appeals

Notices may be paid online or appealed within 14 business days. Appeals are reviewed by live human support representatives against camera records.

4. Vehicle Towing & Immobilization Policy

Property owners reserve the right to authorize towing or immobilization for repeat non-compliant vehicles, unauthorized commercial vehicles, or vehicles blocking fire lanes and accessibility stalls.
